Cross Country
We have been doing cross country for quite a while now. Cross Country is like 1.6km run but worse. I have been running cross country since last Friday or maybe Thursday. Anyway usually we will run 2 rounds which was like maybe 1km or less but still was alot to me. But the most was 3 rounds. But today I ran 2 rounds non stop. NON STOP!!!We didn't even stop to walk because we were doing this one thing like our class will run in a straight line and the last person will run faster so they can go first. It was like a game. Yar so after we were done my teacher Mr. Collins talked a bit than asked us to run one more lap. To me I was thinking Oh My Gosh!!! then I felt like trowing up. So I did not run then my friends who before this thing did not feel well called Mr. Collins who was also running. Then he told me to put my hands on my head then breathe through my head then breathe out thorough my mouth. He said that that helps your lungs do something but I forgot. All I know was that it helped. So now I am better. Oh yar gust to tell you guys during the cross country test will be like 4-5 rounds. Anyway my friends also said that they have been training since year3 (pri.3).

When the going gets though, the though gets going.
Debbie, the more you train, the easier it gets. You will find yourself covering longer distance within a shorter time.
